So you need to return?  That happens...but we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, so we encourage you to ask questions upfront about sizing, length, material, etc. by reaching out to us via email at info@mythicalkitty.com. That will help ensure we can avoid the time-consuming and expensive returns/exchanges. 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please check our return policy below!

Cancellation or Change:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed. If you have an issue with your order please send us an email and we will do our best to help!
  • Please reach out to us if you would like to return any items after an order has been placed. 

We welcome all eligible items for store return. If an item is returned to us within the 15 day window and meets our criteria, we will issue a full refund minus our original cost of shipping to you. All customers are welcome to request a return within 30 days from the date the merchandise was received.

Merchandise returned & delivered to us within 15 days from the date you received your order are elegible for a full refund. Refunds will only be given back to the original form of payment. Returns received after 15 days - 30 days from the date you received the order will be issued store credit ONLY - NO CASH REFUNDS after the 15 day return window.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you are unhappy with your items, please email within 48 hours of receiving the package. 

For your item to be eligible for return it must: 

  • be unworn
  • be in the same condition that you received it
  • be in the original packaging with tags still attached
  • be free of any odors, perfume, or smoke smell
  • be free of any makeup or deodorant stains

• If you used a discount or promo code of 25%, or higher, your order is FINAL SALE. 

ALL Accessories, Bralettes, Belts, Bodysuits, Scarves, Swimwear, Jewelry, and Leggings are FINAL SALE, and not eligible for return. 

 

Defective Items:

All defective merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of receiving. Merchandise that has been worn or washed cannot be accepted for store credit / refund. 

•We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit. 

Make sure you contact us in advance of the return, so we can verify your item is eligible for return. Then, you may send your return to the address that will be provided to your approval of your return request.

Your first two returns will be paid by us, afterward, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit. Of course, if we made a mistake, we will take care of shipping costs.

We strongly suggest getting package tracking with any items you return.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages lost in route back to us.
