Do you accept orders outside of the US? 

Yes we do! Visit our Shipping Information page to view the list of countries we ship to.

What is you store's return and exchange policy? 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Health, personal care items, and swimwear cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Please check all measurements prior to purchase. If you are unhappy with your items, please email within 48 hours of receiving the package.  We do offer reship/full refunds in the situation that (1) your package does not arrive, (2) your items arrive damaged or broken.

 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Our goal is to offer our costumers the best shipping options available. All orders are sent to the manufacturer within 24 hours after the order is placed. Then the manufacturer and the postal service process each order, which may take an additional 2-5 days. 

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Sometimes delivery will take a longer time than usual. This simply means your item was shipped directly from one of our manufacturers in Europe or Asia. Rest assured it will be in your possession eventually. 

We aim to meet these delivery times. However, orders stuck in customs is an issue out of our control. Please note that processing or delivery time may takes 10-20 days longer during busy seasons and holidays. Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. 

Please contact us  if you have not received your order after 30 business days.

 

What if I only received part of my order?

If you received only part of your order, please don't worry! ^-^You will receive the rest of you order in another package or packages. Sometimes the items are split into packages if you have placed a large order or if the package weight is too heavy for the postal service we are using.
